yewfy: lacuisine: Bacon and Blue Cheese Wedge SaladFollow the link for recipe.Thanks to Ezra Pound Cake I want to make this right now. I have all the required parts, except I am not a fan of blue cheese dressing. I can handle the crumbles, but I prefer feta. Tomatoes can simply be replaced with cucumbers, I think. What effin’ dressing am I going to use? if you want to go with feta and cucumber, your best choice for a dressing would be olive oil, lemon and  fresh dill. put some of the lemon zest in too. if you cant get dill, use  fresh .basil
